Industry Consultant at IBM with close to 3 years of experience in banking reconciliation. I work mainly with IntelliMatch, building and tuning the rules that keep recon running. On the technical side I lean on Python and SQL, with AutoSys for scheduling and Power BI for reporting. My focus is making reconciliation processes more accurate and a lot less manual.

I'm an Industry Consultant at IBM in Pune, on a reconciliation engagement for a large bank. Before this, I spent about two and a half years at BNP Paribas India Solutions — joined as an intern in January 2023, converted full-time a few months in, and moved to IBM in September 2025.
The stack has stayed consistent across both: IntelliMatch on the recon side, with Python, SQL, AutoSys, and Power BI paginated reports filling the gaps. What's shifted at IBM is the angle — less heads-down code, more time with ops and middle-office teams, turning what they need into match configurations that survive production. A lot of the value has just been cleaning up match logic so analysts aren't drowning in manual breaks.
